Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility
• Develop customised treatment plans based on individual needs and clinical findings
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to promote recovery
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment programmes accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management strategies, and rehabilitation exercises
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during therapy sessions
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques and evidence-based practices

Skills

• Proven experience working within community environments is highly desirable
• Strong commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice
• Ability to assess complex cases accurately and develop effective treatment strategies
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple patients efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of care
• Demonstrated teamwork skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to adapt treatment approaches based on individual patient needs and clinical developments
