Description
Are you looking to start a career in education but don't know where to begin?

The education sector is desperate for individuals who are keen to use their existing skill set to support and direct children and young people who have special educational needs.

Could you see yourself working in a school, where the hours are generally pm or 4pm, where you will meet like-minded people, be part of a close-knit team, and get progression and training opportunities along the way?

Children and young people are the future, and you can help them achieve whatever they want in life. Offering students with special needs a challenging, enriched, and active learning experience, no two days will be the same

In the role, you could be assisting with cooking, gardening, phonics, reading, drama, lesson planning, liaising with parents, recording progress and delivering a positive impact on the lives of the children you support.

The students are at the heart of the school, and with the support of your colleagues and senior leaders, you will be joining a community where kindness and helpfulness are key.
