For the first six weeks, you'll come to our shiny new offices every day.
We'll take you through the scenarios where our frontline heroes advise, support and resolve customers' questions - and train you to use the systems that help you at every step.
Once you're up and running, you can work from our offices 2-3 days a week, or more if you'd prefer.

A little more about you
You're the kind of person who'd get a buzz from helping a customer - yep, really. You have great communication skills and enjoy working in fast-paced, engaging environments.
If you have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role, that's great - but don't worry if you haven't.
We're also looking for lovely people who can be their authentic selves every day at work. Being different makes us a diverse and innovative team - which makes it a great environment to work in
Start date is 20th February, we will be holding interviews in January 2023.
