Hague Personnel are currently recruiting a Planning Administrator for our worldwide manufacturing client based in Chadderton, Oldham.
This is a temporary ongoing position and is expected to last around 9 months.

The role would suit an experienced Administrator who has worked in a Production Environment. An understanding of Production Planning is highly advantageous.


Supporting and working alongside the Production Coordinator/Planner, the Planning Administrator will assist the Production Team with planning the order book, communication of priorities and performance reporting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the planning and preparation of production schedules in order to meet business and customer demands
  • Responsible for communicating daily work priorities from the production schedules to the Supervisors for them to discharge
  • Checking / reviewing Warehouse stock availability
  • Entering and scheduling Production Work Orders on Output Journals
  • General control and housekeeping of Production Work Orders
  • Liaising with the Warehouse for material requests to support Production
  • Contribute to weekly and monthly department KPI's creation
  • General administrative duties for the Production Department
  • Liaise with other departments where required to ensure customer requirements are met
  • To work within business guidelines and procedures
  • Notify Manager of any safety hazards
  • The above is a nonexhaustive list of duties, and you are expected to undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by your Manager

Skills and Experience:

  • Competent in use of Microsoft packages Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Planning Administrator experience within a production environment desired
  • A knowledge of the Navision in house system would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Educated to at least G.C.S.E. standard and relevant work experience

Hourly Rate:
Negotiable dependant on experience


Working Hours:38 per week, Monday to Friday
