Who are Communications
We are currently a small (20 staff) but fast-growing telecoms company based in the South of the UK.

That provides services nationwide and manages IT, Business Telecoms and Digital Marketing services for hundreds of clients across multiple industries.

Requirements:


  • Some experience in business development, lead generation, recruiting or inside sales
  • Resourceful in finding, building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers and leaders
  • Strong organisational skills a must, with exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinking combined with persistence and perseverance

What will you be doing?


As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads from our Telesales team into opportunities across different verticals and using a variety of communication techniques.

The sales process will either be completedwithin the office on Teams or at the customer site.

In this role, you have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders at SME's and major brands who are responsible for improving communications and business efficiency; by introducing them to a variety ofsolutions, you will be making a huge impact on how these companies work.

Responsibilities:


  • Meet/exceed a quota of sales opportunities
  • Utilising our database of leads
  • Reaching out to business owners using multiple platforms
  • Building relationships with key decision makers
  • Convert leads and secure introductory meetings with key decision makers
  • Work within Pipe drive to track key activities and update account information
  • Partner closely with sales management and marketing to refine and deliver messages
  • Whilst training you will also need to work within the Telesales team so you have a thorough understanding of the appointment process. During any quiet periods you will also be expected to assist the Telesales team in producing appointments.
