MRICS Qualified Estates Surveyor required to manage a mixed portfolio in Worcestershire.With experience of asset valuations, property reviews, acquisitions and disposals, you will assist with short, medium and long term strategies for this extensive portfolio.
Other responsibilities include the negotiation of lease renewals, wayleaves and easements to maximise the efficiency of the estate.
You will identify potential new, surplus, or under-performing assets and be a key contributor to the estates strategy moving forward.
