An exciting opportunity for a real estate solicitor to join one of the UK's leading practices into their Legal 500 rated Bristol based team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join a leading team advising FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies, nationally and internationally renowned for their commercial property work.
The real estate solicitor joining this outstanding team will manage their own caseload of estate management work.You will have significant exposure and experience in landlord & tenant work and have a minimum of 2 years post qualified experience.
The real estate solicitor will be joining a leading team working on acquisitions for national developers and house builders.You will join a leading Legal 500 team working on development arrangements including joint venture & partnership arrangements, regeneration & mixed use schemes, acquisitions and disposals.
Ideally the solicitor joining this team should have an excellent academic background, strong technical skills and commercial awareness. You should also be able to demonstrate fantastic organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.As an experienced commercial property solicitor joining this team you will also be able to display the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding client service.
