Looking for an exciting new challenge in contract administration working an afternoon/evening shift? Look no further than this opportunity With the 12-8 shift, you'll have ample time in the morning to focus on your personal well-being, hobbies, and family commitments.
In this role you'll play a key role in assisting with the day-to-day administration of the contract and providing support to the operations team.
Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in developing and maintaining professional and proactive business relationships with your line managers, client representatives, and other Managers.
You'll be the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, ensuring they are handled in a timely, polite, professional, and courteous manner.
You'll also be responsible for completing requests first-hand where possible.
In addition, you'll provide a responsive administrative support service, helping to ensure that all aspects of the contract are running smoothly and efficiently.
Your ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively will be key to your success in this role.

- To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with your line managers, client representatives and other Managers
- Ensure all incoming phone calls are handled in a timely, polite, professional and courteous manner completing requests firsthand where possible
- Provide a responsive administrative support service (e.g. letters, faxes, photocopying, reports etc.)
- Provide HR administrative support service to the Operations Team
- Carry out daily filing ensuring all data is filed correctly
- Ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard (health & safety, replenishing stock, maintenance etc.)
- Collecting and processing invoices for clients on a Monthly/Periodical basis
- To undertake project work as required supporting the Company's business goals
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- Previous administration experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Outlook Computer packages and Advanced Excel (or equivalent)
- Working with confidential information
- Good educational standards in English & numeracy
- Ability to complete and maintain all site documentation and computer records accurately
- High level computer literacyunderstanding of how to use technology as a tool
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to meet deadlines
