Through the use of immersive 3D modelling and machine learning we are pioneering solutions that are helping OEM's to overcome the challenges they encounter when managing the life cycle of equipment on a global scale.


We've grown our customer base to include multi-nationals such as Lotus and RS Components, securing millions in investment along the way.


We are now looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead an innovative and customer-focused marketing strategy whilst working alongside the Sales team to gain direct prospects.

You will have full responsibility for our marketing strategy and will be able to approach this with free reign.

You will be self motivated and target driven, targeting our audience in a way that increases our market presence, proactively driving marketing solutions and responsible for driving marketing qualified leads.


In this role you will:


  • Be target driven and will measure campaign performance.
  • Create a detailed market map to understand our current target demographic, working with key stakeholders within the business to create marketing materials accordingly.
  • Work alongside our marketing consultancies to continuously maintain PR, branding standards and implementation.
  • Have management responsibility for our Marketing Executives.
  • Work with the Sales department to fine tune messaging and gather data to influence the marketing strategy. You will plan event strategies and capture data to analyse. You will provide the Sales team with the appropriate marketing materials and tools needed to drive a successful sale.
  • Engage with potential clients across several social platforms, managing a strategic marketing plan to deliver the company's message and generate leads as a direct result of the content you will create and share.

Essential skills

  • A key focus on driving MQLs into the business using multiple channels (B2B SaaS)
  • Proficient in Agile ways of working
  • Good understanding of SaaS business models
  • Ability to hit the ground running and be self motivated
  • Excellent project management skills deadline and target driven and experience working in a fastpaced environment, able to work effectively on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to quickly prioritise and assign tasks
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholder groups with excellent relationship building skills paired with a high level of assertiveness and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.

Salary:
£55,000.00-£67,500.00 per year
