Are you an experienced Rural Surveyor, Land Agent or Energy & Renewables professional looking for a new role? If so, we're looking for a
Senior Surveyor or Associate to work within our
Energy and Renewables team based in Inverness.

For over 25 years we have been providing landowners and developers with property advice to develop renewable energy schemes. Our highly experienced energy and renewables team is instructed on some of the biggest renewable projects in the country. We're leading the charge by providing expert property consultancy for a more sustainable and greener future.

The successful applicant will work closely with other surveyors in the Inverness office aswell as the wider Energy and Renewables team based in Perth.

What you'll be doing:

Support our clients to achieve their renewable energy goals (E.g. Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Schemes, Onshore Wind, Green Hydrogen, Offshore Wind Connections and Grid & Infrastructure projects)
GIS, constraint mapping and related tasks
Land referencing and site finding
Landowner engagement
Negotiate land rights for commercial development projects (for Developers and Landowners)
Produce strategic and client reports
Assist with project management
Actively develop business
Be the go to person for E&R in Inverness
Conduct research for a range of Energy and Renewables projects
Conduct site visits and assessments

About you:

We'd like to speak to experienced professionals with an excellent track record in the renewable energy or land management sectors.

Successful recruits will be instrumental in the growth of our Renewables division and will play an exciting role in developing these dynamic markets.

We are looking for experienced professionals who ideally possess a RICS qualification or have previously worked in property consultancy, developer or utilities business.

Your package:

We will pay you competitively and provide you with an excellent benefits package: 25/28 days holiday (increasing with length of service and dependent on seniority level), up to 8% contributory pension, car allowance, health insurance, profit share based bonus scheme, healthcare cash plan scheme (money towards dental treatments, opticians and remedial therapies).
