Description

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team in the Health & Safety Service at NHS Forth Valley.

You will provide a high-quality service of risk management system and administration support to assist in the smooth running of the Health and Safety Service.

The post will report to the Risk Management System Manager.

Applicants must have knowledge or experience in using risk management software, for example, Safeguard, Datix or similar, and can learn and master new software systems as required.

A qualification at SVQ3 level and/or equivalent administration experience within a healthcare setting is essential as is excellent keyboard skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Consideration will be given to those who wish to consider part-time or flexible working arrangements.
