We're looking for a compassionate support worker with the ability to encourage people to look after themselves so they can live their lives to the fullest.

About the role:

As a mental health support worker you will work closely alongside individuals living with mental health needs to help them cope more easily with day-to-day life as well as providing them with vital support in order to help them achieve their goals.

You provide support with daily living and independent skills and help the people we support to get organised, plan their day, clean, meal-plan and shop.

This is a 22 bed complex care service with no personal care involved.

Hours:

8am

15:30pm

14:30pm - 10pm

Sleep In shifts will be required followed by 7:30am

3pm.**
Location:This service is a 5 minute journey from Dartford town centre with off street parking and near by bus routes.***
