What will you be doing?:


  • Engaging with Repo users to understand the business ask
  • Analyzing front to back
  • Cocoordinating with various systems on business requirements
  • Understanding and defining requirements, timeline, criticality
  • Carrying out impact assessment
  • Using Agile methodology and help driving regular scrums, backlog refinements
  • Setting regular sessions with developers to clarify requirements
  • Preparing test cases and help executing the test cases during UAT

What we're looking for:


  • Five+ years of Business Analysis / Data analytics for Investment Banking Capital Markets Domain
  • Experience or knowledge of front to back trade life cycle
  • Previous experience or knowledge of Repo Trading Markets
  • Solid Project Management experience and ability to navigate through complex world

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Problem solving skills to review operational data issues and provide a solution by defining a data strategy
  • Expertise in ability to build SQL queries
