We are working with a great water company who are looking for a Senior Prompt Trader to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will be covering the Perth, Edinburgh and Glasgow areas.


What you'll be doing:


  • Working as part of a highly specialised trading team to effectively deliver the hedging activities for the thermal, renewables and customer businesses
  • Providing a critical optimisation role to commercially optimise the portfolios of these internal businesses and the overall group
  • Being part of the full optimisation lifecycle
  • Contributing to strategies across timeframes

What have you been doing?

  • Previous experience in a similar role within energy prompt trading
  • Sound knowledge of UK and preferably European energy markets

Salary:
£51,000.00-£76,000.00 per year
