What you need to do

Work alongside the Head of Technical Controls to deliver additional legislative change into our business on an ongoing basis, ensuring it is robust, comprehensive, and repeatable.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and teams within the organisation to drive forward adoption of new controls.
Manage and define documentation of IT General Controls Matrix
You will be comfortable facilitating workshops to analyse, define and prioritise gaps in our current controls and our required position.
Work with the broader engineering, product and architecture communities to promote the importance of Technology General Controls to ensure that all new products are built with these controls in mind and upskilling the wider technology and business colleaguepopulation on effective controls.
Work with engineering teams and other stakeholders to deliver and maintain a new Technology General Controls framework and processes to ensure legislative compliance by the start of the FY23/24 financial year.

Knowledge and Experience;

Ideally have knowledge of compliance and regulatory controls and implementing a technology control framework across a large and complex business via relevant experience
Adaptive to change, working within an area where legislation is yet to be determined, must have the ability to anticipate problems and be able to adapt to ensure compliance with legislation.
Experience working in large scale, complex technology organisation using onpremise, SaaS and cloudbased technology solutions.
Operation and maintenance of an ongoing Technology General Controls framework that meets legislative and external audit requirements.
