As a Change & Engagement Lead, you will be part of the OCIDO Enablement Team, reporting into the Change & Engagement Manager


Purpose of the role
To further enhance our employee engagement by supporting communications and engagement interventions using various channels and change techniques.

This role is pivotal to creating and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers and drive mission teams to deliver on our employees' ideas as well as those from our Senior Leadership Team.


Accountabilities
Working in partnership with BA Digital, and the business to:

  • Coordinate the delivery of agile change management initiatives and activities such as change impact assessments, update change roadmaps and programmes roadmaps such as People Leaders Growth programme
  • Create communications plans and material to build a consistent message for BA Delivery and our transition to a Product Led Organisation (PLO) presentation decks, videos, social media, Newsletters
  • Work with stakeholders, agile coaches, and impacted teams, to coordinate a broad range of changes associated with moving from project to productbased ways of working
  • Support the Enablement team and the Head of Enablement to move forward critical organisation change activities including communication, organisation design, agile rollout planning, operating model changes
  • Coordinate the required support to all impacted teams including engagement events, training, coaching, communication, to help move towards the adoption of Agile Ways of Working whilst improving engagement and employees experience
  • Provide handson support, collaborating with colleagues in the Enablement team in the scheduling and delivery of key engagement and communication sessions
  • Coordinate mechanisms for measuring and managing the overall engagement with teams wherever they are on their journey and communicate progress on engagement with a variety of stakeholder groups
  • Champion the organisation's agile mindset and ways of working
There is a level of travelling to participate in quarterly events, workshops, and other related activities

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Change Management and/or Digital Communications qualification

Skills

  • Change management in an Agile context, comfortable in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience and knowledge of writing, editing and proofreading communications material including creating videos
  • Knowledge of digital communication channels and communications roadmaps
  • Strong ability to manage complex and often unique issues creating relevant clarity in areas of ambiguity and solving complex problems
  • Ability to identify and work with key influencers within the organisation
  • Strong ability to develop and implement ideas that benefit the business, using commercial insight and the latest external thinking
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Experience

  • Experience on business and technology change, employee engagement and communications
  • Experience of change management methodologies like ADKAR and Prosci
  • Experience of working in a business and technology delivery environment
