We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking to recruit a Housing Management Operative in the Sandwell area.


Duties of the role include:

  • Managing a team of officers delivering frontline services to customers, ensuring the work is planned and delivered effectively
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to identify avoidable contact, resolving enquiries at first point of contact
  • Supporting tenants to live/prosper in clean/safe neighbourhoods, prioritising those who require guidance and support
  • Ensuring high performance by undertaking quality monitoring and performance reviews
  • Responding to challenging/complex customer enquiries
  • Any other relevant duties as required
This position is a temporary role contracted until June 2023, working full time, paying £17.06ph.
