Duration: 6 MonthsFinegreen are currently recruiting a Complaints Officer to work for a large NHS organisation based in London.


This is an interim position for up to 6 months and will require 2 days per week on-site working with the rest remotely.

The hourly rate will be £31.57, working inside IR35 and through an umbrella solution company.

The post holder will support on a backlog of complaints, working within a team.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Work as part as a team, managing a caseload of complaints;
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date system to ensure complaints are tracked and actioned appropriately;
  • Ensure complaints are acknowledged and responded to within the statutory time scales.
  • Must have experience working within the NHS/ a healthcare setting within Clinical Governance;
  • Experienced in managing complaints process from start to finish;
  • Able to work within a team and fast paced environment;
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight timescales.
