Description
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end contract loading process for the worldwide transfer of products.

You will be working in a hybrid model, reporting directly to your managers in Palma & Bangkok. You will also be in ongoing remote communication with our management and commercial team, mostly, based in Brighton.


JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Managing the endtoend process supplier contract loading process and associated checks (content, availability, rates etc).
  • Providing ongoing assistance to suppliers in resolving issues pretravel to minimize risk/impact to our customers (e.g. booking modifications, rejected bookings, check missing info, offline quotations, reports, sales support ).
  • Working closely with our internal Service Operations team to reduce the risk/impact of issues on our customers (e.g. content modifications, booking migrations, check missing info,)
  • Proactively build strong relationships with sourcing. Working closely to ensure availability and correct product information/display.
  • Reporting daily tasks using Salesforce and other internal tools/systems.
  • Effectively resolving supplier issues & complaints in line with SLA deadlines. Providing ongoing feedback to the business in order to develop/improve products & services.
  • Contribute to the effective overall flow of the business by providing ongoing operational support to all our suppliers regarding booking issues & queries pretravel.
  • Build & maintain positive relationships with suppliers and other internal departments.

Skills needed:


  • Minimum of 1 year in a similar role or in related business
  • Team spirit
  • Interpersonal skills with highquality written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or B2B/B2C tourism
  • Fluent English written and verbal is a must, other languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs
