Kidderminster / Hybrid

Full time, Permanent

Hours per week: 37.5

Salary range c £32 - £36k

The role


We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in ensuring that Community Housing maximises the benefits of our ICT investment, through support, training and on-going development of our business systems.


Your main responsibilities will include offering 1st and 2nd line support for Community Housing's core business systems, which will include Civica's Cx Housing management & Contractor systems, Asset management (Keystone) and iManage (Electronic documentmanagement system).


You will help to drive improved ways of working amongst colleagues as we seek to embed the above systems following their recent implementation.


About you


We are looking for someone who is educated to A-level or equivalent level or who has extensive knowledge gained through industry experience.

Experience of alternate Housing Management Systems would be desirable but is not essential. We are looking for an excellent communicator, who can drive improvement and change within the business.

You will have an awareness to customer and business needsand be able to communicate complex technical ideas in a straightforward way to both technical experts and colleagues at all levels of the business.

This post is largely working from Community Housings Head Office with the potential for hybrid-working.
