• Carrying out tasks that involve physical labour on different construction projects
• Executing work with the use of relevant hand and power tools of all types
• Loading and unloading equipment to and from vehicles and construction sites
• Ensuring that materials are transported to workers with specific skills
• Clearing work areas before and after the completion of a construction project
• Ensuring that construction sites are kept clean and free of unwanted materials
• Completing worksheets that contain the details of how many hours have been worked
• Assisting specialised tradesmen who are also working on the same construction project.
• Driving company vehicles (with valid driving license)

• CSCS Card
• Good level of physical fitness required due to heavy manual lifting and carrying of materials and stock items
• Team player
• Takes pride in the quality of their workmanship
