My client who is based in Southampton is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

My client is a well established business.


Description

As the Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting client correspondence and documentation.
  • Diary and task management for senior team members and team wide events.
  • Liaison with HMRC for systems access and general queries.
  • Maintenance of systems and standard documentation.
  • Administrative support for the quotation process.
  • Liaison with clients to arrange appointments and request information
  • To provide holiday and sickness cover for reception.

Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:

  • Ideally have worked in a professional services environment previously
  • Have strong administration skills
  • Be well organised
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be a team player
