My client who is based in Southampton is currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Description
As the Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Drafting client correspondence and documentation.
- Diary and task management for senior team members and team wide events.
- Liaison with HMRC for systems access and general queries.
- Maintenance of systems and standard documentation.
- Administrative support for the quotation process.
- Liaison with clients to arrange appointments and request information
- To provide holiday and sickness cover for reception.
Profile
In order to be considered for the role you will:
- Ideally have worked in a professional services environment previously
- Have strong administration skills
- Be well organised
- Have good communication skills
- Be a team player
