    • Support teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
    • Assist individual students and small groups to maximise learning potential

    • Help maintain a positive, safe, and respectful classroom climate
    • Implement tailored strategies to promote social, emotional, and academic development
    • Adapt to different classroom dynamics and be proactive in managing behaviour
