What You'll Do:


We are looking for a highly experienced and talented Executive Producer to join the Branded Content team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.


At IMG we work with some of the most exciting brands in the sports and luxury sectors to deliver creative content experiences for our clients and their audiences.

We are looking for an innovative thinker with an in depth understanding of digital content production and strong business development experience to lead our talented team and help grow our business.


Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Oversee and drive the day-to-day production output for a variety of premium clients, including brands, agencies, and rights holders in the sports and luxury sectors.
  • Pitch for new business and create new business opportunities to and help to drive growth.
  • Develop and manage a diverse and exciting project portfolio, overseeing the production of a variety of branded content outputs, including, but not limited to TV advertising, social media, brand-funded television programming (long form and short form), digital content and event-based content.
  • Lead the production teams, ensuring team members have the necessary support to deliver to client expectations and work efficiently according to their roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to cultivate new opportunities and leads.
  • Oversee and manage the response for all new briefs. Identify the appropriate creative strategy and production approach according to the brands objectives and identify where additional expertise or partners are needed.
  • Take responsibility for establishing excellence throughout the operations of the branded content production team.
  • Inspire a culture of innovation, encourage collaboration, ensure inclusion, and take a can-do attitude.
  • Create great work and demonstrate operational excellence through effective systems and processes across all stages of production
  • Excellent collaboration with other leads in the Branded Content team and the wider CC&BC department.
  • Tangible contribution to the development and growth of the account.
  • Overseas travel for meetings/pitches/production/shoots and edits
  • Weekend and unsocial hours may be required to meet pitch/presentation/production deadlines or to attend shoots
  • From time to time you will be required to work from IMG Studios at Stockley Park, the Branded Content IMG satellite offices located on New Oxford Street, The Strand, Shoreditch or other nominated post/production facility as required.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Extensive proven experience in producing and delivering a range of brand led content across multiple platforms.
  • Previous experience of dealing with and managing high profile clients directly and/or via an agency.
  • Strong and extensive knowledge of the production of advertising, social and digital content. g and social campaigns.
  • Proven ability to create original ideas and produce compelling brand relevant content.
  • Proven experience of managing large production teams and budgets at scale.

We'd Love If You Also Have These:

  • Proven history of performance / appraisal management with the ability to offer training solutions.
  • Relevant and up to date production technical workflows analysis, across digital and TV.
  • Experience of financial reporting and managing budgets.
  • Experience of working with sports related governing bodies
  • Knowledge of sports rights and sponsorship activations
  • A contact book including a diverse range of creative and production talent.
  • Proficiency across a variety of programmes including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Apple Numbers, Pages, Keynote; Google Docs; project management software and tools.
