Our client has an excellent opportunity for an Administrative/Customer Service Apprentice to assist in the smooth running of the department by providing a range of support services within the general office function.


Apprenticeship


Customer Service Practitioner Level - Act in a professional manner with clients, referrers, insurers, colleagues, and all others with whom you come in to contact during the course of your work.

Develop strong relationships with them and maintain professional standards at all times.

  • To administer new matter data input into the Case Management System
  • To assist with telephone calls especially from third parties
  • Prepare documents for Fee Earners and Assistant as and when required
  • Photocopying and maintaining filing both electronically and hard copy adhering to confidentiality
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch including franking and taking to the post office if required
  • Undertake and specific training when required both internal and external and take responsibility for own self development
  • To provide assistance to other members of the support team as required
  • Complete apprenticeship programme within guidelines for example submitting work on time, attending classbased sessions and making appointments with the training provider.

Hours of Work
30 hours per week including 3 hours training in Scunthorpe Training Centre


Rate of Pay
Bursary £50.00 plus travel


Salary:
£4.81 per hour
