Description
Operations Administrator- Salary £25,000 (dependent on experience)
- 23 days paid holiday (+ 8 days bank holidays)
- Centrally located in Colchester
Role Description
- General administration
- Process orders for invoicing in our ERP system (training will be given)
- Payment allocations etc
- Month end administration / reports etc
- Logistics; process shipping paperwork
- Stock control/ stock takes
- Liaising with suppliers and port authorities, both on a national and international level etc
Experience
Training will be given on the job but a knowledge of the following would be an advantage:
- IT/ communication, Microsoft Office package (Excel required)
- Order processing /invoicing
- Import/export & logistics
Skills
We are looking for the right individual to fit into our team who is:
- An organised administrator with attention to details
- Highly motivated and able to manage own workload
- A good team player
- Fluent in English
