Description
Recording financial transactions onto the company accounting systemTimely and accurate processing and data entry of a high volume of supplier and customer invoices onto the company finance system
Providing administrative and clerical support as needed
Initial pay rate £10.50, after three months probationary period £12.00
Completed of 2 level of bookkeeping is really big advantage
In the longer term, it is possible support with further study in accounting
Requirements:
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail - The ability to work at pace accurately
The ability to manage high volumes of data, working to strict time frames and deadlines
Ability to work in a fast paced and volume driven role and environment
Effective team working skills, supporting team members where necessary whilst also working effectively independently as required
Excellent communication skills
Good computerised systems and Excel skills
Positive and proactive attitude towards duties
An additional advantage is knowledge of accounting software: VT Transaction / Quickbooks
Job Types:

Salary:
Up to £12.00 per hour
