Description

Daily Tasks

  • Diagnose and fault find
  • Source and order parts when required
  • Provide extensive job notes detailing work carried out
  • Update the call centre at every stage of the repair
  • Provide technical support for engineers
  • Package all items securely for return journey
  • Manage repairs in date order
  • Photograph every stage of the repair
  • Monitor and action WIP

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all equipment and tools
  • Clean work station at the end of each shift
  • Take part in all company training
  • Maintain accurate records on work done
  • Aim at high first time fix ratio
  • Knowledge share
  • To be flexible with the needs of the business and the working hours/shifts required
  • Organise annual leave in line with colleagues
  • Participate in quarterly 121's with line manager
  • Organise and maintain awaiting part jobs by date
  • The segregation of waste prior to disposal
  • Wear allocated PPE as and when required
  • To enhance the customer journey at every stage
  • Assist in any additional tasks the workshop undertakes

Key Performance Indicators

  • High first time fix ratio
  • Keep job turn around under 14 days
  • Job completion rate minimum 50 a week
  • BER rate under 10% overall
  • Multi device training

Job Details

  • Rate of pay starts at £23,000 Annual Salary
  • 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri
  • 22 Days a year holiday plus bank holiday (will rise to 25)
