Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Administrator to join our team.

You will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, client servicing and providing support to our Financial Planners to ensure we deliver an excellent service to our clients.

This is a key role that requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

You will liaise with clients, providers and colleagues and provide a pro-active approach to client servicing and business processing.


Qualifications and skills

• Previous experience in a Financial Planning Administrator role is essential
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of investments and pensions administration
• Knowledge of Intelliflo and platform providers systems
• Must be at ease on the telephone
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Salary will be dependent on your experience but will be in the range of £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
