Our client who is based in Stockport are looking for a Business Development Manager with ideally a recruitment/sales background.This role will involve heading up the venture and doing a full 360 role within the business, so a great opportunity for somebody with ambition and drive who would like to be their own boss
The role:
- Find clients and maintain long term client relationships
- Understand client requirements
- Assume responsibility of preinterview screening
- Create relationships with job seeker and provide advice
- Attending networking and business events
- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant with the ability to hit targets
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Sales/Customer service skills, not afraid to pick up the phone
- Outstanding communication skills
- Confident personality
- Well organised
