Our client who is based in Stockport are looking for a Business Development Manager with ideally a recruitment/sales background.
This role will involve heading up the venture and doing a full 360 role within the business, so a great opportunity for somebody with ambition and drive who would like to be their own boss

The role:

  • Find clients and maintain long term client relationships
  • Understand client requirements
  • Assume responsibility of preinterview screening
  • Create relationships with job seeker and provide advice
  • Attending networking and business events
Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant with the ability to hit targets
  • Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
  • Sales/Customer service skills, not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Confident personality
  • Well organised
This is a full time, permanent role, working from home, salary is £30,000 per annum plus commission.
