The role


The role of a Sales Enablement Coordinator involves supporting the Sales Function and our Partners, helping them to have a great experience and making TalkTalk Wholesale Services easy to do business with.


The Sales Enablement team is responsible for providing a support infrastructure that enables and empowers our Sales teams to deliver brilliantly for our Partners.

The team provides a great platform for you to get involved in innovation and process improvement as well as getting exposure to wider business.

The team is a critical part of the wider sales function,


Responsibilities:


  • Providing deskbased support for Partners and our Salespersons
  • Responsible for the raising order paperwork as requested by the Sales Teams
  • Responsible for the raising of orders for Connectivity, Cloud and Retentions
  • Responsible for processing new leads, creating accounts and ensuring creation of opportunities on Salesforce
  • Be familiar with products and services and attend internal training and sales meetings as required by your line manager
  • Support the Sales Account Directors and Managers in fulfilling their role
  • Navigate 1Portal at a Sales User level 1Portal admin, order placement and order status query support
  • For incomplete, inaccurate or noncompliant orders, work with the respective Salesperson and/or Partner to resolve outstanding issues
  • Order status liaison for Partners proactive and reactive updates
  • Supplier and Commercial Team liaison if pricing is unavailable via 1Portal
  • Support and investigate Finance queries
  • Reporting
  • Own adhoc Projects delegated by Head of Sales Support
Skills, Knowledge and Experience


Must have:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal), visual accuracy and attention to detail are essential
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Administrative experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise when workload volume is high
  • Deliver responses/results as accurately and efficiently as possible to ensure the best possible chance of winning new business
  • Highly organised and motivated

Be great to also have:

  • Product and process knowledge
  • System and portal knowledge (including Salesforce)
  • A curious mind and desire to constantly improve
  • Relevant experience in the Telecommunications Industry
