What will be the responsibilities in this role?
This role would report into the Senior Learning and Development Manager and take on responsibilities such as:


  • Implementing
    apprenticeship schemes:
  • Regularly monitor
    budgeting:
  • Contributing to and implementing the
    apprenticeship level strategy:
  • Identifying and onboarding new
    apprenticeship suppliers:
  • Liaising and working with the
    recruitment team:

  • Supporting the L&D team

What experience do you need?

  • 2 years of experience working with apprenticeship schemes
  • Understanding of apprenticeship portals
  • A passion for Learning and development
  • Experience of working in retail based organisation
  • Track record of working with senior and external stakeholders
  • Confident public speaker
