Role responsibilities:

The postholder will be required to assist in managing the projects to successful delivery within Prince 2 and Agile project governance structures, as defined by the PMO.
The Junior PM will formally report to project boards and deliver routine project update reports to PMO, board members and other stakeholders.
The postholder will report to the Portfolio Manager and will also liaise with the Head of PMO.
The Junior PM will leverage decision making through the use of formal project governance processes and forums.
Prioritising workloads in respect to challenges from project requirements
Ensuring all stakeholders are informed of the approaches taken
Qualified to degree standard or equivalent
Prince 2 Project Practitioner Qualification
Agile Qualification
Technicallyoriented PM
Experience of delivering complex IT projects in a fast paced and challenging environment
Demonstrable ability of successfully managing complex multifaceted projects to time and budget
Worked in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies
Excellent Stakeholder Engagement
Excellent written and oral communication
Demonstrable selfmotivation and ability to take the initiative
Able to manage upwards
Ability to lead meetings and present to project Boards and senior management.
