As we enter an exciting and challenging growth period, we seek a Sales Administrator to support the Commercial and Sales function.


About you

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook and adaptable to learning new software packages progressively.
  • Excellent attention to accuracy.
  • You will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your own or collaborate with others.
  • Is a selfstarter and can pull on the resources around you to build knowledge of processes in/outside of the team.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Confident in decision making.

Job Purpose


In this role, you will be a key player in supporting the delivery of our ambitious growth plans, working closely alongside the Commercial and Sales team to execute crucial tasks.

You will be an integral part of the team, providing administrative support and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

This is a varied role that will see you working on various tasks, from producing and formatting documents to organising internal and external events, ensuring all is completed to the highest standard.


  • Produce and format documents to a high standard in line with brand guidelines, including reports, specifications, presentations, and sales documentation for various internal and external audiences.
  • Proactively engage with colleagues to fulfil a range of support requests, regularly obtain feedback, review processes, and share best practices with team members by promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support with delivering various Sales Activities for brandbuilding and lead generation that align with overall company goals and sales targets.
  • Measure and report the performance of Sales activities, gain insight, and assess against goals.
  • Organise sales external events where necessary.
  • Provide a flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to prioritise workload, undertaking allocated duties and tasks when required to support the effective operation of the team.

Key Skills required

  • A Levels or equivalent
  • A qualification (or timeserved experience) in business administration would be desirable
  • Good organisation and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be a team player, socially confident and interactive
  • Highly organised
  • Willing to learn
  • Experience in using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent written English
  • Permanent right to work in the UK without Employer support.

Salary:
£19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
