About the Role

Your Responsibilities

Own full life cycle recruiting efforts to include hiring manager intakes, sourcing, screening, qualifying, evaluating and onboarding top technical talent for SS&C across EMEA.
Act as an advisor by developing trusting and lasting relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Negotiate offers to a successful close whilst avoiding multiple negotiations and counteroffers.
Experience partnering with seniorlevel managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
Strong business acumen with an indepth knowledge of the Engineering/Product/Software Development market.
Demonstrable experience with different sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, along with other creative ways of sourcing passive talent.
Experience carrying a high requisition load with multiple competing priorities.
A disciplined approach to time management with strong attention to detail.
Strong negotiating skills
