Description

As a machine minder you will be joining a team of engineers and will be responsible for the daily running and support of production equipment, also carrying out minor planned maintenance tasks to ensure machine reliability.

You will report directly into the Engineering supervisor and will be available to eliminate equipment faults and machine down time.


  • Maintain and operate all machinery to ensure plant reliability
  • Carry out minor routine maintenance.
  • Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures
  • Contributes to team effort with a good mechanical background in a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrating good operation workmanship with asset condition

- background routine maintenance and machine minding/setting

  • Have experience in a manufacturing / production / heavy industry environment
  • Ideally be based within Food Manufacturing
  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with production

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£12.36 per hour
