About the role
A full time, Content Executive role, based in our Leeds office.
You will work collaboratively with the Head of Communications to create and deliver a leading content strategy that resonates with IDEX's audiences across the General Insurance, Financial Services and Legal professions, as well as the general business market.
Partnering with key stakeholders across the business you will be responsible for writing a range of content (editorial, interviews, flag ship reports, social copy) and managing key campaigns to promote our business propositions and drive business growth.

What we're looking for
- Articulate with excellent grammatical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Someone who can write great copy for various audiences
- A track record of working to tight deadlines with the ability to quickly understand expectations and propose creative solutions
- Strong understanding of social media and how to optimise content for it
- Experience working with marketing teams such as design to create assets
- Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills
- SEO / Google analytics knowledge
- Selfmotivated and uses their own initiative to identify areas of improvement and new ways of working
Responsibilities
- Use SEO tools to find key words for various content pieces (articles, web copy, social, white papers and thought leadership) and ensure these are positioned correctly in the narrative
- Research and read published reports written by consultancies and accredited professional services firms (such as; Deloitte, CIPD, EY, McKinsey, People Management, HBR etc) to add in quotes and commentary into appropriate IDEX content
- Stay uptodate with recruitment trends and developments by reading case studies, news and white papers etc.
- Create digital content for PPC, Google ads and social ads etc.
- Create social content for leaders across the business when needed
- Proof read all content and correct errors before sharing with Head of Communications
- Take the lead with one key campaign a quarter (such as; a white paper, report or content for a digital marketing campaign). Project manage the campaign and lead on overall content
- Support the Head of Comms with a social content plan for LinkedIn and Twitter. Research topics and create separate pipelines of content for; the main IDEX channel, FS, GI, Legal and Heads of social plans
- Support with the creation of capability documents across the business
- Assist the Head of Comms with creation and delivery of the internal communications strategy
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to offer a consultative service, always ensuring that value ad activities are prioritised
- Push the creative boundaries to generate fresh ideas that connect with our audience
- Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., copyright and data protection)
Location
You will ideally be based in the Leeds / Yorkshire area, working from our Leeds office, with hybrid working flexibility.
