What you will do as a Room Attendant
- Cleans and maintains guest rooms, guest corridors, linen rooms, and cupboards according to set standards and procedures (clean)
- Replenish guest supplies
- Replenish stock supplies on the housekeeping trolley
- Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/public and backofhouse areas to superior
- Maintain a daily room checklist
Our Room Attendants
are:
- Passionate about delivering great service
- Have previous experience in Hotel Cleaning, as a Room Attendant or Public Areas Cleaner
- Experienced with handling guests' queries and complaints
- Are willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team.
