Key Responsibilities
- To check and evaluate accompanying documentation to ascertain what information needs to be validated.
- Enter identified information on to a database.
- Identify the information that is required for third party partners. Send relevant documentation to partners.
- Liaise with appropriate partner agencies and regularly update Due Diligence Unit and the database.
- Act as firstpoint contact with the Financial Intelligence Unit and the Citizenship Commission in Vanuatu.
- Receive and respond to enquiries and queries from Vanuatu in real time
- Refer highlevel issues to management
To Be Successful;
- Previous administrative experience in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent attentiontodetail, with a methodical approach when dealing with various information sources.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- IT literate with a high level of confidence using Microsoft Office products.
- Highly organised.
