A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Export Officer to join our Export team on a permanent contract._

A day in the life of a Export Officer

Most importantly you will be providing professional and timely communication to our International Customers, providing details of their orders, shipments and providing responses to any enquiries that may arise.

You will also be liaising with internal support departments such as Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Warehousing etc, and external agencies including several Government Sectors, Freight Forwarders and Banks etc.

What we're looking for

You need to have the experience and the understanding of cultural differences, previous experience of working in International Trade or work within a Customer Service environment would be beneficial.

You will be an excellent communicator both laterally within the organisation and externally and have the ability to work using initiative whilst working as apart of a team.

We would like you to be educated to a degree standard, preferably in Business Management, with experience of SAP and excel would be a strong advantage.
