  • Process, verify, and pay invoices in a timely manner
  • Reconcile account statements from suppliers
  • Maintain uptodate records of all transactions
  • Manage petty cash transactions
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team on various projects
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies with invoices
  • Uphold all procedures and policies related to accounts payable

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Accounts Payable Temp should have:

  • A strong understanding of accounts payable processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • The ability to work effectively within a team
  • A detailoriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
  • Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and colleagues
  • A background in Accounting & Finance or a related field
