Job Title:
Customer Care Assistant


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering refreshments and promotions and also changing money
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential as on the job training will be given
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
NIGHTS ONLY 10pm - 6am


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
From £10.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Work Location:
In person
