Contract Kitchen Sales Designer
Elements Kitchens is a well established Kitchen Retailer looking to further grow our contract sales devision. Elements Kitchens provides German, Italian and British Kitchens to domestic and contract clients in Reading and the surrounding areas. We require an experienced and talented Contract Kitchen Sales Designer to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for pricing and presenting Contract Kitchen Opportunities.

The contracts team already includes a Lead Generator who will provide you with the initial contacts and a consistent flow of tender opportunities and a CAD designer to assist with designing and pricing.

This role has a basic salary and uncapped commission.

The key task of this role is to manage Contract Kitchen Opportunities from initial enquiries through to acceptance, developing strong business relationships along the way.

Receive Tender Enquiry from our in house Lead Generator.
Develop relationship and maintain contract until receiving tender documents.
Qualify Project scale and scope, ideally securing a budget guide to work towards.
Design the project in line specification & budget, pricing using SMART & Fusion for design.
Submit an initial costing based on design.
Manage revisions and reworks in a timely manner to win the tender.
Secure the order for the project and provide a comprehensive document pack to the project managers.

Elements Kitchens is targeting projects from 6 to 100 units, normally between £50k-£1m.

Projects of less than 6 units will often be managed by the retail sales department to allow our Contract Kitchen Sales Designer to focus on larger projects.

Leads, and the existing client base, will be provided to you. Commission is uncapped and paid on all projects, including repeat customers.

OTE Salary - £70,000 as a combination of basic salary and commission.

An income guarantee will be provided initially to allow for contract sales cycle, however as leads are readily available, we doubt this will be needed.
