Start:
ASAP - 7 Month Contract

Salary:
£11.49 p/Hour

Hours: 7am - 3:15pm, Monday to Friday

Location:
Laindon, Basildon

Our Client:

Our Housing Association client are one of the largest within the South-East, and are looking for a cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness of one of their residence estates in Laindon.

Main purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for cleaning communal areas within a housing estate aimed at helping young pregnant women and young single parents between 16-24 years of age.

Sweeping / Washing of all communal staircases, foyers, balconies, passages, courtyards, car parks, hard standing areas, chute chamber rooms and refuse storage rooms
Cleaning and/or washing of lift car floors and walls, lamp shades and diffusers, estate signs, estate furniture
Remove any objects on the floor (including but not limited to) drug related materials, dog waste etc
Remove and cleanly dispose of any over spill in refuse container storage room
Remove treated weeds and other plant material as required from hard standing areas
