  • 9 Month Contract
£25,000

Gleeson Recruitment have exclusively been instructed to hire a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a family run business based in Lichfield.

This role will be a fixed term contract for a minimum of 9 months with an opportunity to go permanent if this business continuesto move in the same direction.


Purchase Ledger Clerk Duties:

  • Accurate and timely processing of invoices via a twoway matching system
  • Auditing invoices via reconciling delivery notes
  • Proactive query management and resolution for supplier accounts
  • Communicating with relevant suppliers to process invoicing or payment queries.
  • Supplier reconciliation and resolution
  • Ensure accounts up to date and accurate.
  • Working to monthly deadlines set within procedures.
