    Description

    Solutions Architect Role

    We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Architecture team and collaborate closely with the Customer-Focused Engineering product teams.

    As a key member of the team, you will define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures, driving their successful implementation in customer modernization projects.

    The ideal candidate will have a recognized background in agile, product-centric technology development and digitally focused solution architecture, with experience in customer-centric functions and a strong understanding of the associated capabilities and applications.

    You will report to the Customer Domain Principal Architect and contribute to the architecture practice, supporting the organisation's customer-focused transformation goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures for customer modernization projects
    • Collaborate closely with Customer-Focused Engineering product teams to drive successful implementation
    • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of customer-centric technologies and capabilities
    • Provide expert advice on solution architecture and technology roadmaps to stakeholders
    • Lead and drive change initiatives to shape the future of customer services and distribution teams

    Requirements:

    • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in I.T. TOGAF or BCS Certification (Desirable)
    • Proven experience as a Solution Architect working in the Digital area on Customer channels - Customer Journey
    • Expertise in designing solutions using Salesforce (preferably Financial Services Cloud) with voice enablement through Genesys Cloud
    • Demonstrable experience with a range of customer and financial services technologies and their integration with CRM systems
    • Outstanding communication skills, able to communicate with technical and non-technical people at all levels

    Hawksworth is a global market leader in its field, offering a great package with a very good pension, up to 18% bonus, hybrid working, and a competitive salary range of £70k - £110k base salary + Car Allowance + Bonus + Up to 20% pension (with 6% employee contribution).
