The Credit Controller is accountable for managing customer accounts; maintaining effective control in the collection of all income and revenue due to the Company from various sources and preparing a range of reports to support the wider Finance function and the Company.
Responsibilities:
- To control and collect all revenues due to the Company within agreed timescales resolving related queries as and when they arise; ensuring accuracy and completeness of data at all times.
- To maintain customer accounts including customer credit status.
- To maintain accurate and retrievable records for audit purposes.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the use of accountancy software (Netsuite advantage but not a must)
- Discreet and confidential approach to financial matters and records
- Eye for detail
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years Credit Control experience, including verbal and written communication with customers, and a diligent, focused and professional approach to debt recovery. Ability to provide prompt dispute and query resolution whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Experience in setting up and managing card payments and direct debits
- Experience preferred in a businesstobusiness services company but as a minimum a customer focussed organisation
- Experience of partnering with account managers and commercial managers

Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-20 per week
Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
