Salary:
£24-26k p.a.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours between , times to be agreed
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide administrative and service-based support to customers and to the sales team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.
New customers
- Liaise with CWF Accounts and IT to ensure new account setup is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Conduct CWF portal training for new customers and ensure they are equipped with all necessary contact details.
- Enter and oversee bookings for
new customers where portal cannot be used, ensuring that their early experience with CWF is positive and professional. Liaise with CWF depot customs and traffic teams in order to do so.
2.
Post-Sales activity
- Liaise with customer and CWF customs teams to obtain all necessary and accurate information required for customs process, e.g. Commercial Invoice, Direct Representation Form.
- Liaise with depots and partners to respond swiftly and professionally to customer delivery status and POD requests.
- Working with the Business Development Managers/Executives, produce KPI reports for key customers.
- Handle any claims for loss/damage submitted by customers.
3.
General Support
- Act as the first point of contact for customer postsales queries, resolving or redirecting them as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the Group Sales Director and to other CWF personnel when required, e.g. updating pricing records, obtaining data.
- Become knowledgeable about the sales and high level customs processes within CWF in order to provide support and holiday cover within the sales team as required.
- Carry out projectbased tasks as required, e.g. data cleansing for CRM system, sending mailshots and conducting call campaigns to communicate information to customers or to encourage adherence to CWF processes (e.g. increasing portal usage uptake).

- Customer satisfaction (within period where customer service is offered by sales)

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a B2B environment.
- Transport/Logistics/Customs experience is desirable but by no means essential.
- A "cando" attitude and ability to work within a team both in person and remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and an appetite to develop within a business.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
