We are looking to recruit a talented Equity Incentives Tax Senior Manager to join our growing tax team. Join us in our new Birmingham office and play a pivotal role in shaping its success.
The role involves working closely with our Tax Partners and Directors, delivering wide-ranging taxation advice including structuring and implementing approved share schemes,
advising businesses on equity tax issues on acquisitions or sales of businesses,
developing junior team members into accomplished tax advisors,
and contributing to business development activities.
