**Purpose of the Role: Senseco Systems Ltd has an excellent opportunity to employ a Trainee Remedials and Maintenance Sales Support. This
role with assist in the support and delivery of customer proposals in relation to new PPM contracts and remedial
repairs.

**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Reporting to the Service Operations Manager mainly your duties will be varied and will include, but not be

limited to the following:

  • Working closely with the Remedials Estimator and the Maintenance BDMs to provide accurate proposals to
our clients.

  • Research and prepare quotations for maintenance contract enquiries.
  • Update and monitor the sales enquiry tracker.
  • Work in conjunction when required to also provide support in remedial repair works quotations identified
from service enquiries.

  • Following company standards and procedures when analyzing and providing estimations
  • Identifying where additional information is required, contacting parties, or arranging a visit to gather
additional information.

  • Produce professional quotations always using the company standard format and costing tools.
  • Ensuring that quotations are completed within the set KPI's.
  • Prompt and accurate response to internal/ external enquiries to prevent them from escalating into
complaints, escalating to the Management Team where appropriate.

  • Follow up with clients when quotations are submitted to ensure they understand the importance of the work
being carried out and secure orders to meet set targets.

  • Undertake general administration duties relevant to your position including data entry and responding to
  • Be professional and customerfocused at all times.
  • Be prepared to provide assistance to the Service Team when required.
This list is not exhaustive and further requirements may be requested by Senior Management from time to
time.

**Information Gathering
**- Review all correspondence to collate the correct level of information to enable the creation of a proposals.

  • Learn to utilise SimPro to support the role.
**Quotations
**- Deal with incoming enquiries and extract relevant information to maintenance contract quotations and when

required remedial repair quotations.

  • Produce professional quotations using the company standard format and costing tools whilst having the
commercial knowledge to successfully secure contracts at appropriate margins.
**Reporting

  • Assist the team in the preparation of weekly reports.
  • Prepare monthly reports and accurate forecasting in requested format.
  • Regularly update SimPro and ensure all data is stored in line with company policy.
