**Purpose of the Role: Senseco Systems Ltd has an excellent opportunity to employ a Trainee Remedials and Maintenance Sales Support. This
role with assist in the support and delivery of customer proposals in relation to new PPM contracts and remedial
repairs.
**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Reporting to the Service Operations Manager mainly your duties will be varied and will include, but not be
limited to the following:
- Working closely with the Remedials Estimator and the Maintenance BDMs to provide accurate proposals to
- Research and prepare quotations for maintenance contract enquiries.
- Update and monitor the sales enquiry tracker.
- Work in conjunction when required to also provide support in remedial repair works quotations identified
- Following company standards and procedures when analyzing and providing estimations
- Identifying where additional information is required, contacting parties, or arranging a visit to gather
- Produce professional quotations always using the company standard format and costing tools.
- Ensuring that quotations are completed within the set KPI's.
- Prompt and accurate response to internal/ external enquiries to prevent them from escalating into
- Follow up with clients when quotations are submitted to ensure they understand the importance of the work
- Undertake general administration duties relevant to your position including data entry and responding to

- Be prepared to provide assistance to the Service Team when required.

**Information Gathering
**- Review all correspondence to collate the correct level of information to enable the creation of a proposals.
- Learn to utilise SimPro to support the role.
**- Deal with incoming enquiries and extract relevant information to maintenance contract quotations and when
required remedial repair quotations.
- Produce professional quotations using the company standard format and costing tools whilst having the

- Assist the team in the preparation of weekly reports.
- Prepare monthly reports and accurate forecasting in requested format.
- Regularly update SimPro and ensure all data is stored in line with company policy.
**- Work and Collaborate with Team members with customer related tasks/knowledge and own personal
development.
Skills:
- Driven and selfmotivated with the flexibility to suite the demands of the role.
- Demonstrate an ability to learn and to understand matters of a financial nature.
- Ability and desire to learn all aspects of the department and business.
- Good understanding of PC software (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Good written, oral, and numerical skills. Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organizational skills, to deal with many client opportunities and requirements
- Ability to work as a team member, but on own when required
